Our 3-Part Bootcamp is centered on principles, techniques, and approaches for winning government contracts. We utilize a integrated training approach to grow your business capacity by focusing on techniques for reviewing solicitations, writing a winning proposal, and pricing strategy. We focus on exploring the essential components of proposal writing, including project approach, key personnel, organizational structure, relevant experience, and past performance. We teach you how to develop a competitive strategy to win government contracts by incorporating the evaluation criteria to inform your proposal strategy and approach.

Part I: Fundamentals of a Solicitation

Fundamental of a Solicitation is centered on exploring the essential components of a solicitation, including the types of solicitations, statement of work (deliverables), evaluation criteria, and proposal preparation requirements. Develop a strategy to review solicitations quickly and make a bid or no bid decision.

Part II: Writing a Winning Proposal

Writing a Winning Proposal workshop is centered on exploring the essential components of proposal writing, including project approach, key personnel, organizational structure, relevant experience, and past performance. Develop a competitive strategy to win government contracts by incorporating the evaluation criteria to inform your proposal strategy and approach.

Part III: Proposal Pricing Strategy

Proposal Pricing Strategy workshop is centered on exploring the essential components of estimating and pricing, including types of estimates, advantages, and pricing terms and definitions. Develop a competitive pricing strategy to win government contracts by incorporating a systemic approach to estimating and pricing your proposals.

Host:

Quincy M. Wright, MBA, CCM, PMP, is a world-renowned Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with 15+ years of experience leading organizations and project teams in commercial and government sectors. Mr. Wright graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Applied Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Wright is a subject matter expert in project management, including project due diligence, project planning, execution, and closeout. Mr. Wright's portfolio includes commercial, industrial, manufacturing, utility-scale transmission & distribution, grid modernization, renewable energy, and technology projects and programs. He is regularly sought after for speaking engagements, consulting, and coaching amongst organizations worldwide related to expertise in project management, agile, strategy, and creating inclusive cultures of belonging to enhance organization performance.
